ACCOUNT RESTRICTION

Only one account per person, household, and IP address is permitted. We reserve the right to restrict access to your account if we suspect that you have created multiple accounts or used VPN services in order to circumvent this restriction.

You agree not to participate in any gaming activity while under the influence of intoxicating substances or while engaging in any unlawful activity.

WINNINGS AND PRIZE FUNDING

Winnings and prizes will be paid out by us within a reasonable time frame, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

WITHDRAWAL RESTRICTIONS AND TIMES

We reserve the right to delay payment for withdrawals if you are suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to withdraw winnings in excess of our withdrawal limits (€2,500 per day and/or €10,000 per week). Withdrawal processing times may take up to 5 business days.

SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY

We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your personal data and financial transactions from unauthorized access. CLAIMS LIMITATION PERIOD

No claim or dispute may be raised against us more than 30 days after withdrawal has been processed by our payment department.

We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to terminate this Agreement without prior notice. In such event, you will receive an email notification from us advising you of termination and reasons therefor.

These Terms and Conditions may be changed by us at any time, in our absolute discretion. Your continued use of the website after any amendments or updates to these Terms and Conditions implies acceptance thereof.
